Recruitment services for employers
We work on a small number of roles at a time and present a short list of candidates already screened against the technical requirements, the business context and the team they would join, not a batch of CVs to sort through.
We recruit across four areas: iGaming and gambling, IT and computer science, customer support and operations, and executive and white-collar roles.
What we recruit for
Four practice areas, each with its own team, network and market data. Generalist hiring rarely works for niche talent pools or fast-moving sectors.
iGaming & Gambling
Game development, risk and compliance, and player operations, from studios to sportsbooks, with regulatory scrutiny built into the screening.
See detailsIT & Computer Science
Software engineers, DevOps, data scientists and cybersecurity leaders, assessed by recruiters with genuine technical fluency.
See detailsCustomer Support & Operations
Multilingual support professionals who combine empathy, clarity and resilience, from frontline agents to senior support leadership.
See detailsExecutive & White-Collar
The leadership layer and the corporate functions behind it: CFOs, COOs, heads of compliance, legal, HR and commercial roles. Run confidentially where the search requires it.

Frequently asked questions
What roles do you cover?
IT and computer science, iGaming and gambling, customer support and operations, and executive and white-collar roles including finance, legal, HR and commercial leadership.
How do you assess candidates?
Structured interviews, technical or role-specific validation, and reference checks. For regulated industries such as iGaming, we also screen against compliance and responsible gaming standards before a candidate is shortlisted.
What are your fees?
You can choose between two models. Success fee: usually 18–21% of the annual gross salary, payable only once a hire is confirmed. Recruitment subscription (Pay as you Grow): a monthly fee per filled position for 4 to 12 months, starting on your hire's first day, with replacements included. Custom terms are available for larger or recurring projects.
How long does a search take?
A shortlist within 15 to 21 working days, depending on the role and how quickly we receive feedback on the profiles we present.
