💡 About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Agent to join our client’s growing team in the iGaming industry. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for players, helping to resolve issues and ensure a smooth, enjoyable customer experience across multiple channels.

💼 What You’ll Bring:

– Proficiency in written and spoken English

– Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills

– Calm and composed under pressure

– Customer-oriented and adaptable

– Previous customer support experience

– Great multitasking and time management

– Flexible with shift work (including 2 weekend shifts/month)

🕒 Shifts:

– 09:00–17:00

– 13:00–21:00

– 17:00–01:00

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

– Deliver empathetic and professional customer support

– Respond promptly via email, chat, and phone

– Identify and resolve product/service issues

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

– Collaborate with colleagues and managers

– Share feedback to enhance service quality
