About the Role
We’re hiring a passionate Customer Support Manager to lead a talented team in a fast-paced iGaming environment. You’ll play a key role in defining processes, improving customer experience, and fostering a supportive atmosphere that empowers both customers and staff.
What You’ll Bring:
– Proficiency in English
– 3+ years in a Customer Support Manager role
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience managing cross-functional, multinational teams
– Background in iGaming (preferred)
– Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
Your Responsibilities:
– Lead and support the customer support team
– Implement customer service policies & standards
– Monitor team performance and provide coaching
– Address escalations and complex issues
– Improve the customer experience based on feedback
– Align support operations with growth strategies
– Manage training and continuous improvement
