– Manage and mentor technical leads & developers

– Establish code quality and DevOps standards

– Collaborate with Product, QA, and stakeholders

– Contribute to architecture and technical planning

– Lead CI/CD, testing, and automation initiatives

💼 What You’ll Bring:

– 12+ years of development experience (PHP, React, Angular)

– 4+ years in engineering management

– Strong MySQL, Laravel, Jenkins, Git knowledge

– Agile methodologies and team leadership
