By accepting “Terms and conditions” (I) you express your prompt and unambiguous consent that the submitted data in the existent form can be transmitted to HUMAN CAPITAL RECRUITMENT S.R.L. (“HCR”) in order to be processed, by respecting Law no. 190/2018, respectively no. 2016/679 EU Regulation, in order to offer information regarding HCR’s services, directly or through their contractual partners and (II) you confirm that the given data belongs entirely to you and it is accurate and up-to-date.

Transmitting your data isn’t necessary but denying it will have the after-effect of not being able to receive the requested information and HCR will be unable to contact you. According to the above-mentioned legislative norms, you benefit of the right of information, the right of accessing data, the right of interference, the right of opposition or the right to be forgotten, the right of not having to decide individually, as well as the right to address to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing and to the court. For making use of any of the specified rights regarding your collaboration with HCR, it is necessary to address a written request, dated and signed at HCR’s headquarters from Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, no.65, Jupiter House Building, District 1 or by e-mailing it to contact@humancapitalrecruit.com.  With your consent the completed data will be kept indefinitely and updated within the direct marketing campaigns developed by HCR, or at your request. We’ve implemented adequate proceedings in order to protect and secure the information we collect. Your personal data won’t be used with other purposes, except having your permission or if the law or the professional standards allow or impose it. You agree that HCR can remove your personal data if there is any suspicion or it is visible that the data entered is incorrect or in conflict with ethical standards and practices.

Also, you state that you are 16 years old and legally, you have the capacity to accept the presented terms and conditions. Otherwise, you have your authorized legal guardian consent to offer your personal data.

Having your permission, HCR will keep your personal data for a 12 months period from their last update, and their update will be made within the discussions HCR initiated (by e-mail, phone or during interviews) or at your request.
