HUMAN CAPITAL RECRUITMENT S.R.L. regarding the collection, processing and storage of personal data

Based on the provisions of Regulation no. 679/2016 regarding the protection of physical persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), this Privacy Policy only concerns the clients of HUMAN CAPITAL RECRUITMENT S.R.L. and the users of our online services, respectively the visitors of our website. 1. The purpose of using personal data as a data subject

By providing your personal data, as a data subject, you express the immediate and unequivocal agreement regarding the use by HUMAN CAPITAL RECRUITMENT S.R.L. of the data collected for the following purposes:

3. Data transfer

HUMAN CAPITAL RECRUITMENT S.R.L. will not transfer, sell or exchange your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Security of your data

HUMAN CAPITAL RECRUITMENT S.R.L. has  taken technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection and security concerning operations carried out upon the personal data, by limiting unauthorized access, or against unauthorized loss or manipulation of data. In addition, in line with the evolution of technology in computer science, we are working continuously to adapt the security measures.

9. Complaints/notifications/requests and response deadlines
